Location
The property is located in city Villach, in the Oberwollanig district and lies at the southern slope of the Wollanigberg. It is located about 3 km northwest of the Villach’s city center. From the object you have a nice view of the river Drau, Dobratsch and partly the town of Villach.
Concept
Until 2014, the Oberwollanig project was a school specializing in the tourism sector, consisting of four partially assembled structures. We are currently working on a development concept with the local experts to prepare the property for sale to a prospective buyer.
